Project Overview
TintFX – Glass Film Solutions installed eight large sliding doors with Solar Gard Ecolux 70 Low E window film. While maintaining maximum visual light transmission for ultimate indoor comfort both in summer as well winter, this solar window tint was the perfect option. It brings along cooling and heating energy savings which result in great cost cuts. As it is a spectrally selective window film, it allows 68% of natural light to flow indoors while rejecting 52% of solar energy.
Afterwards, we installed Solar Gard Ceramics CX35 on all 144 louvres. Solar control window tint rejecting 58% of the solar heat energy is extremely durable and suitable for harsh coastal environments.
The home owners are very happy with their new and improved glass film choice. The window films provide 99% protection against the damaging UV rays, protecting people and property.
