Project Overview
Problem:
This private residential home was having a complete security upgrade and wanted to secure the windows, without compromising the view.
Solution:
TintFX was consulted and engaged to supply and install Solar Gard Armorcoat 8 Mil 200 Micron Clear Security Film with Dow Corning 995 structural silicon for extra strength to all windows. Rather than using ugly bars or screens for security and piece of mind, optically clear security film was the only option with panoramic uninterrupted ocean views. The film is exceptionally resistant against impact. It deters intruders and protects against shattered glass in car of breakage. Furthermore, it blocks about 99% of damaging UV rays, protecting people and property.
