TintFX – Glass Film Solutions installed 3M Prestige 70 Exterior solar control window film on double glazing on the balcony sliding doors to achieve solar heat and glare control. 3M Prestige 70 internal solar control window film was applied on double glazing on the east facing windows which we couldn’t get external access to.
The internal temperature of the property is now more comfortable, thanks to the reduced solar heat gain. Air-conditioning can be used more sparingly, which leads to lower energy costs and longer lifetime of the cooling system.
This residence in Milsons Point offers incredible view of Sydney Harbour Bridge, you can only imagine what a great view the owners had for New Year’s Eve fireworks.
