Project Overview
Look at this whole floor penthouse apartment with ocean and district views. While commanding exceptional see through visibility both day and night, it need to be enhanced by solar control window film.
The happy owners wanted a little extra glare protection. Therefore 3M Prestige 60 was chosen. TintFX also installed 3M Prestige 70 Exterior to the outside face of their west facing white translucent ensuite glass. 3M FASARA Fabric/Washi Organic Cotton was applied to half the window for a decorative and privacy feature that works day and night. Lastly, a reflective solar control window film was installed on the outside face of their outside fridge to reduce the heat load.
TintFX – Glass Film Solutions assisted in selection of various window films. Bringing along solar protection, glare and heat reduction as well creating privacy and decorative effect in various living areas of this prestigious coastal residence in the northern part of Sydney.
