Project Overview
TintFX was assigned this residential project to increase indoor comfort, reduce sun heat and glare entering through large scale windows and create home security.
This luxury and spacious home in Hurstville had variety of different window systems.
• Over 100 blades of louvres.
• Large picture windows with vertical seam, virtually unnoticeable.
• Aneeta sash windows with handle cutouts.
• Sliding doors.
Due to its scale this residential window tinting project involved high access work, requiring over 5m scaffolding erection. TintFX – Glass Film Solutions installed a combination of 3M Prestige 70 & 40 VLT (visible light transmission) both internally and externally to accommodate glass types and systems.
Furthermore, we also installed 3M Scotchshield Ultra S800 Clear Security film on various panels for extra peace of mind.
