‘Alexis’ – Architect Designed Residence with a rich history, formerly the iconic Eastern Suburbs Alexis Reception Centre. This architect designed residence, the circa 1950s residence retains parts of its rich history with the signature Alexis awning gracing the entrance to the home. Inside sculpturally unique interiors feature soaring 6.7m cathedral ceilings and sweeping views.
With difficult high internal access and tinted glass, TintFX – Glass Film Solutions had no option but to install external window film.
Access to the outside face was also difficult with two ladder setups on two different roof levels.
3M Prestige 70 Exterior solar control window film was installed giving great performance with minimal light loss.
